How quickly do you ship orders?

How do you ship orders?
We ship primarily through USPS. In rare cases, we may use another carrier if it is a better fit for the size, weight, or needs of the order.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided so you can follow its progress.
Why is the packaging simple?
Our focus is on getting your order to you safely and quickly, not on fancy packaging. We use practical packaging that protects the product during transit.

When should I plant?

How much area will one bag cover?
Coverage depends on the seed type and recommended seeding rate. We include coverage and planting guidance whenever possible on the product page.
Are all seed products the same from batch to batch?
Natural products can vary somewhat in appearance, size, and color from batch to batch. That kind of variation is normal.
Do you sell single varieties and blends?
Yes. Some products are single-seed varieties, while others are blends made for specific uses. Be sure to check the product title and description so you know exactly what you are buying.

Do you guarantee germination or growing success?
We want every customer to have a good experience, but growing success depends on many factors outside our control, including weather, soil conditions, moisture, planting depth, timing, pests, and local conditions.
Why did my results differ from someone else’s?
Even with the same seed, results can vary based on planting method, rainfall, temperature, sunlight, soil quality, and overall site conditions.
Can you tell me exactly what to plant?
We do our best to provide helpful product information, but each planting situation is different. Product pages and growing guides are meant to help you choose what best fits your needs.
Returns, Problems, & Order Issues
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form. If needed, we will ask for photos of the package and item if available. We will review the issue and work with you on a solution.
What if something is missing from my order?
Send us a message with your order number and the details of what is missing, and we will look into it.
What if I ordered the wrong item?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to help. Once an order has shipped, options may be more limited.
Do you accept returns?
